Job Description:
We are seeking a knowledgeable PBM Business Integration Specialist (Pharmacist) to support the implementation of the Medicaid Enterprise Modular Pharmacy Business Management Solution. This role involves collaborating with the Pharmacy Business team to enhance Medicaid pharmacy processes and ensure successful integration with a new PBM vendor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert in Medicaid pharmacy benefits and clinical policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop business process documentation and user acceptance testing scenarios.
  • Engage with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with Medicaid policies and procedures throughout the integration process.
  • Support the product lifecycle from conception through implementation, focusing on business requirements.

Required Technical Skills:

  • Registered Pharmacist with a valid license in North Carolina.
  • Knowledge of Medicaid Pharmacy Benefits Management processes and operations.
  • Experience in business analysis, project management, and product management within healthcare.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe software.
