Description:

Serve as NAVSEA 05R Reprocurement Execution Coordinator. Represents Maritime Navy during Engineering Support negotiations (Navy/DLA Performance Based Agreement (PBA); NAVSEA/NAVSUP Engineering Support Instruction and PBA). Orphan Systems support. Oversee timely and accurate completion of Engineering Support requests by the NAVSEA Enterprise. Resolve disputes between the ISEAs, DLA and NAVSUP WSS. NAVSEA funding for the Engineering Support Request System (ESRS). NAVSEA Co-chair for the Engineering Support Working Group (ESWG).



Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and update logistics documentation including Provisioning Technical Documentation, Technical Manuals, Drawings, and Planned Maintenance documents.
  • Interface with NSWCPD ISEAs, NAVSUP, NAVSEA, DLA, and other stakeholders to develop solutions, funding requirements, and completion plans for DLA-339 and ESRS cases.
  • Support development of Statements of Work (SOWs), quad charts, and resolution impact assessments.
  • Provide engineering, technical, and logistics support to resolve material condition discrepancies and obsolescence issues.
  • Track and resolve Diminished Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) and long lead-time part availability issues.
  • Maintain and update configuration data for upload to the Configuration Data Managers Database-Open Architecture (CDMD-OA).
  • Support Navy fleet maintenance, modernization, and life-cycle logistics documentation efforts.
Requirements:

Target Education: Individual should possess a High School diploma or GED.

Target Experience: Seven (7) years’ experience in reviewing and analyzing Provisioning Technical Documentation

(PTD)/Engineering Data For Provisioning (EDFP), maintenance plans, applying technical coding, including Source Maintenance and Recoverability (SM&R) codes and creating Provisioning Parts Lists (PPLs) in ICAPS C/S to develop and/or update Allowance Parts Lists (APLs).
