STANDARD RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Processes payroll on a biweekly basis including the following:
    • Review timecards for accuracy and completes the close out of all timecards
    • Answers questions on timecard entry from employees and supervisors
    • Submits payroll for review prior to final submission to Controller
    • Reconciles monthly benefit statements and works with HR staff to resolve discrepancies
  • Checkโ€™s timecards at least twice weekly to ensure accuracy and communicate errors with employees and timecard supervisors
  • Orientation and training presentation to new hires and time card supervisors
  • Demonstrates knowledge of and compliance with regulatory agencies and established organizational policies and procedures, including strict adherence to all Evara Health, HIPAA, State, Federal and accreditation agency rules and regulations.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • High School Diploma
  • Proficiency in the use of Payroll Software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Two-year degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field, preferred.
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now or Workday Payroll System, preferred.
  • Strong ability to compile and organize data to create clear, concise reports.
