Description
Irontown is looking for someone who is a self-motivated person to run our front desk. This position requires experience as a Receptionist and knowledge of running a front desk. Responsibilities are as follows but not limited to:
  • Answering multi-line phone system
  • Greeting customers and visitors
  • Coordinating deliveries to factory floor, warehouse, office, and mail delivery etc.
  • Helping with advertising, recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires using Paylocity system
  • Assisting in benefits enrollment, filing workers comp injuries, filing, creating / modifying documents, other HR admin duties
  • Assist in some payroll duties, including reviewing factory employee hours in readiness for payroll processing
  • Sales, Marketing, and Transport support
  • Track and order office supplies
  • Book travel and lodging for crew members
  • Help coordinate monthly / annual company events, including trainings
  • Speaking and understanding Spanish a plus
  • Other items as requested by upper management and HR
