We're looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused Payroll Specialist to join our payroll team and be based in Denver, Colorado. This is an excellent opportunity for payroll professionals who want to expand their expertise in multi-state payroll while building a long-term career with a global organization.

What You'll Do
  • Process weekly and bi-weekly multi-state payrolls using ADP Workforce Now.
  • Review and audit payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Process employee transactions, including hires, terminations, pay changes, bonuses, deductions, and garnishments.
  • Research and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries.
  • Prepare off-cycle payments and support payroll reconciliations and audits.
  • Partner with HR, Benefits, Finance, and Operations to maintain accurate payroll data.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy.
What We're Looking For
  • 2-5 years of payroll processing experience.
  • Experience with multi-state payrolls
  • Knowledge of payroll tax and wage-and-hour regulations.
  • ADP Workforce Now experience preferred.
  • Strong Excel, analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • High degree of confidentiality, professionalism, and teamwork.
  • FPC certification or interest in pursuing certification is a plus.
