Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

  • Process Automotive Dealer payroll semi-monthly for approximately 450 employees
  • Maintain time and attendance
  • Balance and maintain accounting schedules for payroll
  • Process monthly commission for sales and management
  • Handle all payroll liens, garnishments, child support orders and employee voluntary deductions
  • Prepare employment verifications
  • Prepare all reports for management and vendor audits monthly, quarterly and yearly
  • Process bonus/spiff checks for all locations
  • Process all employee payroll change
  • Assist with new hire processing, random drug screening and WC claims
  • Other duties may be assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Prefer two or more years of payroll or accounting
  • Experience with payroll/accounting in an automobile dealership a plus
  • Strong attention to detail
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Knowledgeable with Paylocity payroll system a plus
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • Pass a criminal background check and drug screen
