Responsibilities

The Payroll Timekeeper is responsible for a variety of payroll clerical duties requiring specialized knowledge and involving well defined policies and procedures. Effectively interacts with the Human Resources department, managers and hospital staff regarding timekeeping system payroll issues. Input and retrieve payroll data from the computerized system. The Payroll Timekeeper works with JBDev System to ensure accurate time keeping.  Has the ability to communicate with adolescence, adulthood, late adulthood to geriatrics.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

1.  High School graduate or equivalent. At least 1 yr experience, data entry by touch, general office experience

2.  Hands-on experience with Excel or equivalent.  Experience with Kronos Timekeeping System.

3.  Knowledge of Wage and Hour Guidelines, Knowledge of Healthcare pay practices.

The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
