  • Perform clerical duties, such as filing, sorting, organizing, and distributing materials.
  • Maintain general and confidential personnel files.
  • Organize and store term files and payroll files in storage area.
  • Process pay increases.
  • Prepare and review clock reports with supervisors for payroll processing.
  • Input deductions, direct deposits, etc.
  • Any other duties or special projects as assigned.

  • 1+ year experience processing payroll required; preferrably within a large manufacturing facility.
  • Excellent technology and computer knowledge and experience.
  • Professional demeanor with ability to keep sensitive material to yourself.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) communication skills preferred.
