Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our team. The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for managing all aspects of payroll processing for our clients, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all payroll-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process payroll for multiple clients on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis

- Ensure accurate and timely entry of all payroll data, including hours worked, bonuses, commissions, and other payroll adjustments

- Verify accuracy of employee data, such as personal information, pay rates, and tax withholding

- Calculate and process payroll deductions, including taxes, benefits, and garnishments

- Reconcile payroll reports and resolve any discrepancies

- Prepare and distribute paychecks or direct deposit payments to employees

- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and resolve any issues promptly

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all payroll transactions

- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations and tax laws

- Assist with year-end payroll processes, including W-2 and 1099 preparation

- Collaborate with HR and accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll data

- Continuously identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy of payroll processes

Qualifications:
