Work Location: This is a full-time, in-office position based in our Dunwoody office. Remote and hybrid work arrangements are not available for this role.
We're looking for a dependable, organized Office & Payroll Associate to support clients, team members, and the leadership team.
This role combines payroll processing, office administration, client communication, and leadership support. You'll play an important role in helping clients get paid accurately and on time while ensuring our office operations run smoothly.

Compensation: $20-$23 per hour based on experience.

Typical Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, approximately 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

โ€ข Answer incoming phone calls and assist clients, prospects, and team members professionally
โ€ข Manage mail, scanning, document organization, and general office administration
โ€ข Assist leadership with scheduling, follow-up, task coordination, and administrative support
โ€ข Maintain organized records and documentation
โ€ข Coordinate office-related tasks and support internal operations
โ€ข Follow established processes and workflows while identifying opportunities for improvement
Qualifications
