Compensation

This position supports the Payroll Office team by delivering exceptional customer service and completing a range of administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will have practical experience customer service, office administration, and the payroll lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Serve as the first point of contact by answering phones, respond to inquiries, and warmly greet visitors to the Payroll Office.

  • Assist with the preparation and organization of payroll materials for university personnel.

  • Support special projects related to the Payroll Office.

  • Provide administrative support to the Payroll Office team, including scheduling assistance, document preparation, and data entry.

  • Assist with maintaining a welcoming and professional environment for students, alumni, faculty and any visitors to the office.

Qualifications:

Available to work during business hours, Monday - Friday 8am-5pm.

This position is ideal for someone who has strong customer service skills, is detail-oriented and can manage time well.

The ideal candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal and organizational abilities, and the ability to quickly learn new technology or software.

Ability and commitment to confidentiality is must. A confidentiality agreement must be acknowledged.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
