Job description

Process payroll weekly using UKG Ready (Kronos). Deliver ACH payroll files to all banks for company and subsidiaries. Process all payroll deductions, garnishments, and child support orders.

Complete and process new hires and/or rehires, checklists, deductions, payroll changes, etc. for company and subsidiaries. Assist other managers with corrections and questions dealing with payroll.

Manage the addition and/or changes of employees into the Scheduler module of Kronos. Process, post and mail all tax records to all employees and government entities as required. Complete 401(k) contributions, tax withholdings and various related processes related to payroll.

Point of contact who will handle FMLA and Leave of Absence requests. Process and respond to all unemployment claims and other payroll related inquiries from government entities. Assist employees with any payroll questions or issues including employment verifications, pay questions, pay records, or other requests as needed.

Assist with certain benefits duties.
