Job description

Duties:
  • Provide professional and quality customer service to employees through adherence to the department’s scripts, and in compliance with corporate policies and procedures
  • Resolved employee inquiries utilizing system tools, reports and policies and procedures
  • Identify and escalate complex issues and provide follow-up/ closure 
  • Create and maintain Service Now tickets to ensure efficient handling and prompt response of escalated inquiries
  • Complete payroll and timekeeping related forms
  • Guide employees through troubleshooting and navigation assistance with ESS, MSS and ERC webpages
  • Collaborate with all areas of Payroll and HR to resolved employee issues
  • Provide coverage for Payroll Shared Services Call Center
  • Participate in trainings and review of communications to stay updated on applicable software, policies and procedures
  • Participate in special projects and perform all other duties as assigned
Skills:
  • 1+ years of related customer service/payroll experience
  • Knowledge/experience in customer service delivery
  • Strong technology and computer skills
  • Proven experience in providing excellent service to customers 
  • Payroll experience
Education:
  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • Bachelor's Degree - preferred
Shift:
  • 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
  • 35 hours/week
