This individual will ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, manage employee benefits, assist with budgeting, perform monthly reconciliation of benefits, and maintaining and updating the HRIS system. The Benefits & Payroll Specialist will play a crucial role in maintaining compliance with relevant laws and regulations and providing excellent support to employees regarding their benefits and payroll inquiries.Your role in caring for our company:The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:Process and administer the company's payroll, ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees.Monitor employee timekeeping and attendance, communicate attendance violations with site managers.
