Here’s the work you get to do:

We’re growing—and fast. That means brands are joining our portfolio, others may transition out, and we need someone to own the payroll integration process from start to finish. As our Payroll Integrations Specialist, you’ll be the go-to expert for ADP Workforce Now and Smart Compliance. You’ll lead the seamless onboarding of newly acquired brands into our ADP system and guide offboarding during divestitures, ensuring every payroll transition is smooth, compliant, and consistent.

You’ll also:

  • Own and manage ADP projects, including payroll system integrations, structural reorgs, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Act as the primary liaison between Savory’s HRIS team, Payroll Associates, and ADP.
  • Partner with HR, Accounting, and IT to ensure clean data handoffs and configuration accuracy during integrations.
  • During acquisitions, set up and maintain new company codes, tax jurisdictions, earnings codes, and payroll schedules.
  • Oversee the training, support, and development of Savory Payroll Associates and brand Payroll Managers.
  • Provide direct support to brand leadership and employees, ensuring clear, accurate, and timely payroll operations.
