This role is essential to keeping our organization running smoothly. You'll ensure employees are paid accurately and on time while maintaining compliance with company policies and applicable payroll regulations. What You'll Do
As our Payroll Specialist, you'll manage the day-to-day payroll process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality at every step.
You'll work closely with Human Resources and Accounting to verify employee information, process payroll transactions, and maintain accurate records. Your attention to detail will help ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while providing employees with confidence in the payroll process.
How You'll Make an Impact
In this role, you will:
  • Process payroll on a weekly/bi-weekly basis with accuracy and timeliness
