Key Responsibilities:
  • Payroll Processing
    • Verify and Approve timecards through cloud-based time clock system.
    • Submit payroll hours to payroll provider
    • Maintain payroll records
    • Address and resolve payroll discrepancies and issues.
  • HR Administration
    • Medical
    • Vacation and Sick Leave
    • Maintain employee records in HR Portal.
    • Onboarding and offboarding new hires and departing employees.
    • Manage employee benefits
    • Support department management in reviewing HR policies and procedures
    • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits.
