A detail-oriented individual will keep a keen eye on all of these moving parts!Encourage Continued Growth – Strive to form a long-lasting working relationship with each client. Understand the impact of service quality on client satisfaction and client retention. Attend all training opportunities (on-site and virtual) throughout the year. Fully understand our products and services, initiating meetings with the sales team when new client opportunities arise.
