Hospitality Operations Coordinator


Location:ย Geyserville, CA
Pay Rate:ย $24.00 - $25.00 per hour
Schedule:ย Monday, Thursday, and Friday (Opportunity for a 4th day based on business needs)
Hours:ย Flexible start time between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM
Assignment Type:ย Temporary โ€“ Approximately 3 Months


Position Overview:

Winery is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Hospitality Operations Coordinator to support payroll and hospitality operations. This position plays a key role in ensuring employee timekeeping and payroll information is accurate and processed efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have experience in payroll, bookkeeping, accounting, retail cash handling, or administrative support and be comfortable working with numbers, reports, and employee records.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Review employee timecards for accuracy and completeness
  • Research and correct missed punches and timekeeping discrepancies
  • Calculate and verify server tips for payroll processing
  • Assist with payroll reporting and administrative tasks
  • Ensure employee hours are accurately entered and documented
  • Maintain accurate payroll and operational records
  • Communicate with managers and employees regarding timekeeping issues
  • Support hospitality and administrative operations as needed
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion


Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable working with numbers, calculations, and reports
  • Previous experience in payroll, bookkeeping, accounting, retail cash handling, or administrative support preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
