Bookkeeper & Payroll Administrator

Location: Gardena, CA (On-Site)

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper & Payroll Administrator to support a fast-paced manufacturing and distribution environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys owning key financial processes and contributing to a collaborative team.The ideal candidate will have experience with accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and general bookkeeping, along with strong organizational skills and a high level of accuracy.

Responsibilities
  • Manage accounts receivable, including payment application, account reconciliation, and collections
  • Process accounts payable invoices and maintain vendor relationships
  • Perform invoice matching and ensure accurate expense coding
  • Process payroll for hourly and salaried employees
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with applicable regulations
  • Assist with inventory reconciliation and cost tracking
  • Prepare bank, credit card, and general ledger reconciliations
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities
  • Generate financial reports and assist with audits
  • Collaborate with operations and internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
  • Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
  • Familiarity with accounting or ERP software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, or similar)
