Reports to: Human Resource Manager

Position Summary: This role is responsible for supporting a wide range of HR and administrative functions, including payroll processing, maintaining accurate payroll records, employee records management, assisting with benefits administration, and day-to-day human resources operations. This role assists with onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and policy administration while providing general administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.ย

Responsibilities and Areas of Accountability:ย 

  • Maintain accurate payroll records and perform payroll processing.
  • Provide administrative support for Human Resources operations, including maintaining employee records, processing personnel documentation, and ensuring accurate recordkeeping while maintaining integrity and confidentiality.
  • Assist with attending career/job fairs.
  • Assists in planning and conducting new employee onboarding.
  • Assists with employee benefit administration.
  • Provides prompt and courteous customer service to employees and vendors.ย 
  • Conducts themself with integrity.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
  • Be respectful of PDM teammates and support teamwork amongst coworkers.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Assists with maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records using PDM's HRIS system.


Knowledge & Skills:ย 

  • Ability to be proactive. Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and handle fast-paced, fast-moving work.
  • Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. HRIS experience is a plus.ย ย 


Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field preferred.

Experience: A minimum of 3 years of payroll administration or HR experience.ย ย
