Conifer Park is a leading provider of substance use disorder treatment services offering comprehensive inpatient and outpatient programs. Our team of dedicated professionals works collaboratively to support recovery, promote wellness, and make a lasting difference in the lives of those we serve. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team.
The HR Generalist plays a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department at Conifer Park. This position is responsible for a broad range of HR functions including team leadership support, employee and union relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, HRIS administration, and policy compliance. The HR Generalist works closely with the Vice President of Human Resources and serves as a key resource for employees and managers across all Conifer Park inpatient and outpatient sites. This role requires a strong working knowledge of labor relations, collective bargaining agreements, and employment law in a unionized healthcare environment.

Requirements

Qualifications: 

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.

Master's degree or HR certification a plus.

Minimum 3-5 years of progressive HR generalist experience required.

Prior experience in a unionized environment with demonstrated knowledge of collective bargaining agreement administration required.

Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or substance use disorder treatment settings strongly preferred.

Proficiency with UKG (Paypro) HRIS platforms preferred.

Demonstrated experience with recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy compliance.
