As a Digital Product Manager, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for digital payment solutions tailored to commercial and corporate clients. Product Strategy & Execution: Define and execute the roadmap for payment products within the commercial digital banking ecosystem, aligned with client needs, regulatory requirements, and market trends.
Customer Experience: Champion intuitive, secure, and scalable payment experiences for corporate users, throughout the payment lifecycle.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, design, risk, compliance, and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact features. Build collaborative and highly functional working relationships with core payment product teams to align roadmaps, priorities and overall delivery strategy.
Ownership: Serve as product manager on agile teams, managing backlogs, defining requirements and assigning priorities.
Market & Competitive Analysis: Monitor industry trends in B2B payments and digital banking to inform strategic decision-making.
Risk & Compliance Alignment: Work with 1LOD/2LOD and payment business stakeholders to ensure all features meet enterprise risk and regulatory standards.
Communication & Marketing: Crafts and delivers compelling strategic presentations tailored for both internal stakeholders and external audiences, effectively communicating key insights and recommendations. Partners with Marketing to develop product-specific marketing initiatives.
Service and Implementation: Collaborate closely with Treasury Management Service and Implementation teams. Act as a point of escalation for the TM Care Center related to payment experiences. Build partnership with implementation teams to ensure best in class implementation experiences and automation where possible.
The ideal candidate will have:
Proven experience in digital product management, ideally in payments, fintech, or corporate banking.
Strong understanding of payment networks (ACH, wire, RTP) and treasury workflows.
Experience managing payment experiences to support an international client base.
Experience working with agile teams and tools like Jira and Figma.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a bias for action.

  • Executes digital strategy across business segments to optimize digital experience, leveraging design thinking and other best practices.
  • Monitors the marketplace to assess digital experience trends and results in order to recommend new digital experiences or enhancements to existing experiences. Prioritizes and decisions recommendations. Supports business case development.
  • Develops and designs the features of new or existing digital experiences to take advantage of an identified market need or opportunity. Manages the development, production, roll-out or promotion of digital experiences.
  • Partners with key stakeholders including Product, Technology, MIS, Line of Business, Marketing and other internal service partners as well as external stakeholders to ensure all digital experiences meet their strategic goals.
