Administrative Assistant Scope Of Work

Salary, no benefits

Job Description:

Individual with strong computer (Excel), communication and organizational skills to perform a variety of administrative and office support activities including but not limited to:

  • Taking and fielding telephone calls
  • Receiving and directing visitors
  • Word processing
  • Working with Excel spreadsheets
  • Project hard copy record keeping including files, binders, and logs
  • Checking subcontractor's insurances are current monthly.
  • Tracking releases of liens monthly
  • Assist in processing payment applications.
  • Assist in checking status of payments
  • Assist in creating report presentation
  • Assist in taking and generating meeting minutes
  • Internet research abilities
  • Schedule online inspections as requested by field staff
  • Assist field office staff as needed
Preferences:
  • Administrative assistance experience preferably in construction
  • Strong software skills particularly MS Office
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
