Administrative Assistant Scope Of Work

Job Description:
Individual with strong computer (Excel), communication and organizational skills to perform a variety of administrative and office support activities including but not limited to:
- Taking and fielding telephone calls
- Receiving and directing visitors
- Word processing
- Working with Excel spreadsheets
- Project hard copy record keeping including files, binders, and logs
- Checking subcontractor's insurances are current monthly.
- Tracking releases of liens monthly
- Assist in processing payment applications.
- Assist in checking status of payments
- Assist in creating report presentation
- Assist in taking and generating meeting minutes
- Internet research abilities
- Schedule online inspections as requested by field staff
- Assist field office staff as needed
Preferences:
- Administrative assistance experience preferably in construction
- Strong software skills particularly MS Office
- Strong communication and organizational skills
