Aristocrat is seeking a strategic and diligent Fraud and Risk Manager - Gaming to lead and coordinate regulatory compliance initiatives within our online gaming operations. What You'll Do
  • Coordinate adherence to all relevant gaming regulations, licensing conditions, and jurisdictional standards.
  • Interpret regulatory mentorship and translate requirements into operational controls and policies.
  • Maintain and update compliance policies, procedures, and internal control documentation.
  • Lead preparation for internal and external regulatory audits and inspections.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory inquiries and reporting obligations.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve compliance monitoring frameworks.
  • Conduct risk assessments related to payments, KYC, AML, fraud prevention, and player protections.
  • Ensure compliance controls are embedded within operational processes.
  • Monitor adherence to internal compliance standards and regulatory obligations.
  • Advance and report material compliance risks to senior leadership.
  • Provide leadership and oversight to Compliance Operators and analysts.
  • Establish compliance benchmarks and reporting metrics.

What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in gaming compliance, regulatory compliance, AML, or related financial regulatory environment.
  • Demonstrated experience working with gaming regulatory bodies or licensed operators.
  • Strong understanding of KYC, AML, payments compliance, and fraud prevention within a regulated environment.
  • Experience managing audits, regulatory reporting, and compliance documentation.
  • Previous team leadership experience required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, or related field, or equivalent experience, preferred.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a highly regulated, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in online gaming or iGaming compliance is preferred.
  • Familiarity with jurisdictional licensing requirements (e.g., U.S. state gaming regulators) is a plus.

$59,500 - $110,500 per year
Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
