The IHC Corporate team in Indianapolis is now recruiting for an experienced HR Generalist. The HR Generalist manages multiple priorities such as HR-related payroll functions, leave of absence and benefits administration, and full-cycle recruitment. The HR Generalist also ensures compliance with federal and state laws and regulations, aligns IHC's mission, vision, values, and strategic plan with their role responsibilities, and serves as a trusted partner to IHC staff and managers.

HR Generalist role responsibilities include:

  • Assists with the coordination of annual open enrollment.
  • Counsels employees on benefit offerings.
  • Navigates employee benefit coverage issues as needed.

  • Tracks and reports on HR metrics.
