  • Leadย Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Benefits, Total Rewards, and HR Compliance
  • Administer payroll and HRIS using Paycom โ€” experience with Paycom is required
  • Oversee a team of 5 HR professionals handling recruiting, benefits administration, payroll, and related HR functions
  • Design, implement, and maintain benefits and total rewards programs that attract and retain top talent
  • Ensure HR compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees on performance, policy, and employee relations
  • Oversee background checks and reference verifications, ensuring candidates meet company standards
