Pay Rate: $20.00–$22.00 per hour

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and organized Entry-Level HR Coordinator to join our team in Miami. This
is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build their career in Human Resources. The HR
Coordinator will provide administrative support to the HR department and assist with employee-related
processes, records, recruiting, onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations.
The ideal candidate will be professional, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling
confidential information.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department.
Assist with the recruitment and hiring process, including scheduling interviews and
communicating with candidates.
Assist with new-hire onboarding and required employment documentation.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee personnel records.
Enter and update employee information in HR systems and databases.
Assist with employee timekeeping, attendance, and payroll-related documentation.
Respond to employee questions and direct HR-related inquiries to the appropriate team
member.
Prepare HR reports, spreadsheets, correspondence, and other documentation.
Assist with benefits administration and employee enrollment processes.
Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and other HR-related activities.
Assist with employment verifications and other routine HR requests.
Ensure HR files and documentation are organized and maintained accurately.
Follow company policies and procedures as well as applicable employment laws and
regulations.
Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelors degree in Human
Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
0–2 years of administrative, HR, recruiting, or office experience preferred.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
