RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Maintains Customer Satisfaction at or above company standards
  • Reconcile and prepare daily cash deposit
  • Reconcile and process daily credit card deposit
  • Enter finalized cash receipts and update receivable ledger
  • Research and process bad checks for collection
  • Maintain sales tax exempt information
  • Post accounts payable invoices
  • Record and maintain all 1099 information
  • Process 1099 year end forms and reports
  • Prepare accounts payable checks in a timely manner
  • Issue Purchase Orders to vendors as necessary
  • Maintain adequate office supplies
  • Research and answer all receivable and vendor inquiries
  • Receptionist duties as needed
  • Filing Documents
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word Program

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience with DealerBuilt is a plus
  • Proven track record
  • Available to work overtime as needed
