The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel's employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.
Job Description:
  • Supervisory experience with major hotel brands
  • The skills and experience to lead a team to consistently and deliver exceptional guest service
  • Knowledge of local and state compliance laws
  • The ability to implement CHM procedures as they relate to cost control and inventory management
  • The ability to ensure that hotel policies and brand standards are consistently followed
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills as it relates to guests and associates.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written with all level of associates and guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service oriented manner.
  • Must be able to multitask and prioritize to meet deadlines
  • The ability to develop the leadership qualities of all staff
  • Comply with CHM regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations.
  • Maximize efforts towards productivity, identify problem areas and assist in implementing solutions.

Qualifications:
