Job description

Gray's Tree Service has been a trusted leader in tree care across central Alabama and the Southeastern United States for over 25 years. In this role, you will be an essential part of a dedicated crew, supporting safe and efficient tree removal and debris management operations. Responsibilities

  • Operate cranes and related equipment to assist with tree removal and debris handling at various job sites
  • Drive company vehicles, including grapple trucks, between job locations as needed
  • Assist with loading and unloading tree debris and other materials
  • Work collaboratively with crew members to ensure safety and efficiency on every job
  • Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance of assigned equipment
  • Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
  • Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Maintain a professional and positive attitude with customers and team members
  • Be available to work Monday through Friday, 7am to 5pm, and every other Saturday as scheduled
Qualifications
  • Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
  • Experience operating cranes, preferably in tree care or a related field
  • Ability to operate manual crane controls
  • Reliable transportation to and from job sites
  • Strong work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Ability to perform physical work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Willingness to work every other Saturday as required
