You will own high-impact initiatives across trading UX, advanced order types, exchange integrations, smart order routing, liquidity partnerships, and market structure innovation. Your work will directly improve execution quality and elevate Robinhood's capabilities for sophisticated and professional crypto traders.

You will also lead the development of crypto-native functionality, building CeDeFi experiences that embed onchain products directly into the Robinhood retail app, powered by DeFi backends and blockchain infrastructure. • Ship advanced trading capabilities, exchange integrations, and routing improvements that measurably enhance performance and reliability.
  • Build and scale crypto-native CeDeFi experiences - embedding onchain products, staking, and DeFi-powered functionality directly into the Robinhood app.
  • Use research, experimentation, and product analytics to inform decisions and continuously improve trading outcomes.
  • Deliver high-quality products with speed and rigor in a fast-moving, highly dynamic market environment.
What you bring
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years experience in a consumer facing product management roleย
  • At least 1 year of shipping crypto products
  • Familiarity using research, experimentation and product analytics to guide decision making
  • Ability to balance strategic with creative decision making
  • A strong sense of urgency and speed
  • High standards and a strong work ethic - you always bring your best and expect your colleagues to do the same
  • Delight in bringing innovation and impact to customers, particularly in complex and dynamic environments
  • Experience in Crypto products
What we offer
  • Market competitive and pay equity-focused compensation structure
  • 100% paid health insurance for employees with 90% coverage for dependents
  • Annual lifestyle wallet for personal wellness, learning and development, and more!
  • Lifetime maximum benefit for family forming and fertility benefits
  • Dedicated mental health support for employees and eligible dependents
  • Generous time away including company holidays, paid time off, sick time, parental leave, and more!
  • Lively office environment with catered meals, fully stocked kitchens, and geo-specific commuter benefits
