About the Role:
E-Z Pawn in Glennville, GA is looking for a motivated and experienced Pawnshop Manager to lead our team and keep our store running at its best. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll help customers every day while driving sales and managing operations. If you thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused environment, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily pawnshop operations including buying, selling, and loaning against collateral items
  • Evaluate and appraise merchandise such as jewelry, electronics, tools, and firearms
  • Lead, train, and schedule store staff to ensure excellent customer service
  • Manage inventory, merchandise displays, and retail floor organization
  • Ensure compliance with state and local pawn regulations and reporting requirements
  • Handle cash management, daily reconciliation, and store financial reporting
  • Build customer relationships and resolve complaints professionally
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in retail management, pawnshop operations, or a related field preferred but not mandatory
  • Strong appraisal and product knowledge skills across multiple merchandise categories 
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to manage and motivate a small team in a retail environment
