About the Role:

Responsibilities:
  • Operate, drive and run screw on asphalt paver machinery to lay down asphalt on commercial projects.
  • Ensure proper material distribution and thickness for optimal pavement quality.
  • Collaborate with crew members to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on paving equipment.
  • Monitor weather conditions and adjust paving operations accordingly.
  • Follow project specifications and adhere to safety regulations.
  • Assist in the setup and breakdown of job sites as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members throughout the project.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an asphalt paver operator minimum 5 years driving and running screw at the same time.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
