What You'll Do

As a Plant Lab Technician, you'll play a key role in ensuring the quality of materials used to build roads and infrastructure across the region.

  • Perform lab testing on construction materials, including Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA)
  • Follow established quality control procedures and testing standards
  • Analyze test data and help identify and correct quality issues
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Calibrate, clean, and maintain lab equipment
  • Support continuous improvement and team development

What We're Looking For

We're seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals who are eager to learn and take pride in their work.

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • NECEPT certification or prior quality control/construction experience (preferred, not required)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel between plant locations
