Paver Operator $1,300 WEEKLY
Join SAVARD Personnel Group - where your skills are valued!
Key Requirements:
  • Will be responsible for operating asphalt paving equipment to lay asphalt on roads, highways, parking lots, and other surfaces while ensuring proper thickness, grade, and smoothness.
  • Operate asphalt pavers to apply and distribute asphalt evenly.
  • Control paving speed, depth, width, and material flow to meet project specifications.
  • Follow grade stakes, string lines, and supervisor instructions to maintain proper elevation and alignment.
  • Coordinate with dump truck drivers, roller operators, and ground personnel during paving operations.

Shifts:
  • Monday-Friday
  • 0700-4PM
