Sales Representative

Morgan Pavement - Arizona Division
Tempe, Arizona

We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Sales Representative to help expand our market presence and strengthen long-term client partnerships. This is a key revenue-generating role offering strong base compensation, performance incentives, and advancement opportunities within a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients and construction industry partners
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities throughout the Utah market
  • Conduct site visits, client meetings, and professional sales presentations
  • Collaborate with Division leadership to develop and execute strategic sales plans
  • Meet or exceed annual sales and revenue targets
  • Track leads, opportunities, and client activity within company systems
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments
  • Provide responsive, solutions-oriented customer service


Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of outside sales experience in construction or related trades required
  • Demonstrated record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR)
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
  • Must be able to work in person from our Tempe, AZ location
