Job description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced asphalt pavement striper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in pavement striping and layout with a strong commitment to quality workmanship. Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain striping equipment for marking parking lots, roadways, and other asphalt surfaces.
  • Handle moderate lifting of equipment and supplies.
  • Prepare, pre-mark, and clean job sites to ensure proper execution of projects.
  • Layout and install pavement markings on roadways, parking lots, and athletic courts according to project specifications and industry standards.
  • Accurately calculate field measurements using engineered plans and/or satellite imagery.
  • Perform duties efficiently under time-sensitive and high-pressure conditions.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned.

Position Requirements:
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no major violations within the last five years).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to perform job tasks, including sitting, standing, walking, climbing, reaching, and lifting a minimum of 50 lbs.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varied temperatures and weather conditions.
