Job description

Overview of the Warehouse Associate
We are seeking a full-time Warehouse Associate to join our team in Stevensville, MD. This role supports day-to-day warehouse operations, helping ensure customer orders, inventory, and materials are handled accurately and efficiently.
The Warehouse Associate performs a variety of tasks including order picking, packing, shipping, replenishment, and inventory control. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities of the Warehouse Associate
  • Pick and pack customer orders accurately using RF (radio frequency) scanning equipment
  • Label shipments and prepare palletized freight, including stretch wrapping as needed
  • Support inventory replenishment by processing internal transfers and restocking materials
  • Responsibility for transferring finished goods between warehouses in the business park using a box truck
  • Assist with cycle counting and inventory accuracy efforts
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area
  • Handle materials and products throughout the warehouse as needed
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production and shipping goals
  • Follow all safety procedures and quality standards
What We're Looking for in the Warehouse Associate
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
  • Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
  • Willingness to learn and take on a variety of tasks as needed
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical work throughout the day
  • Ability to lift up to 60 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with moving equipment and varying conditions
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office
  • Experience with RF scanning equipment, UPS WorldShip, or FedEx systems is a plus
  • Forklift and/or person lift experience preferred (training provided)
  • Valid and clean drivers license
  • Previous warehouse experience preferred
  • High School Diploma or GED
