Pattern Makers often encounter challenges such as accommodating unique design specifications while ensuring garments maintain proper fit and functionality. Balancing creative vision with technical limitations, especially when working with new fabrics or manufacturing processes, can require innovative problem-solving. Additionally, managing tight deadlines and frequent iterations with design and production teams demands strong organizational skills. Collaborating closely with designers, sample makers, and production staff is key to overcoming these challenges and achieving high-quality, finished products.

What is a Pattern Making job?

A Pattern Making job involves creating templates or blueprints for garments, accessories, or other textile-based products. Pattern makers translate design sketches into accurate patterns that guide the cutting and sewing process in production. They use specialized software or manual techniques to ensure proper fit, proportions, and construction details. Precision and attention to detail are essential, as patterns dictate the final look and functionality of a product.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive in the Pattern Making position, and why are they important?

To thrive in Pattern Making, a strong understanding of garment construction, dimensional accuracy, and textile properties is essential, often supported by coursework or experience in fashion design or apparel technology. Familiarity with pattern drafting software like Gerber, Optitex, or CAD systems is typically required, and formal certifications can be an advantage. Job description

Sr Change Management Specialist1

Role Description
This is a hands-on change management practitioner role. You will drive change management execution across LTCT, running the change network, conducting stakeholder readiness assessments, monitoring and escalating resistance, and tracking adoption. You will also support the creation, management, and tracking of program communications in partnership with the Communications Lead and Change Management SME. In this role, you will:
- Build, activate, and sustain a change champion network end-to-end, including onboarding, operating cadence, feedback loops, and long-term engagement.
- Deploy resistance observation tools through the network to surface emerging patterns and system workarounds early, with recommended responses.
- Design and execute function-level behavioral change strategies that shift how people work, not just awareness campaigns.
- Apply audience segmentation, behavioral nudge strategies, and data-driven approaches to drive measurable adoption across affected employee populations.
- Lead technology and system adoption using appropriate approaches and interventions depending on the technology and stated requirements.
- Track behavioral and adoption indicators at the function level to identify needed engagement, support, and enablement, flagging early signals of adoption risk.
- Design and execute stakeholder readiness assessments in collaboration with the Change Management SME.
- Monitor resistance patterns across the organization; produce resistance reports with trend analysis and escalation flags on a regular cadence.
- Identify resistance findings with recommended mitigations and collaborate with workstream and program leadership to execute.
- Translate change data, resistance patterns, and readiness findings into executive-ready insights that inform leadership decision-making.
- Equip leaders and managers to act as visible, consistent change agents; provide them with the tools, framing, and direct feedback needed to be effective.
- Support KPI data collection across the change management workstream in support of CM SME reporting.
- Support the creation, management, and tracking of program communications in partnership with the CM SME and Communications Lead.
- Maintain awareness of the communications calendar and flag gaps or conflicts to the CM SME and Program Director when needed.

What Success Looks Like
- The change network operates on a consistent, self-sustaining rhythm without requiring CM SME management of day-to-day activities.
- Resistance is surfaced through the network before it becomes an escalation or program delay.
- Behavioral change, not just awareness, is measurable at key program milestones.
- Workarounds are catalogued, understood, and being addressed.
- The CM SME and Program Director receives forward-looking program intelligence from this role.
- Communications are produced on schedule and tracked without requiring the CM SME or Program Director to manage execution.

What You Bring
- 15+ years in organizational change management with direct experience on enterprise-wide transformations.
- Change management certification is a plus, but not required. Experience includes Prosci/ADKAR, CCMP, or equivalent, or has experience across a range of Change Management methodologies and approaches.
- Demonstrated experience independently leading change management and communications activities and campaigns on programs of comparable scale.
- Experience driving transformation messaging, reporting, and supporting technical and organizational change communications.
- Proven ability to design and execute stakeholder readiness assessments and resistance monitoring programs.
- Strong analytical capability: you identify patterns in resistance and adoption data, not just report numbers.
- Peer-level facilitation skills across mid-level and senior leaders who do not report to you.
- Proven ability to operate independently as a senior individual contributor; you execute without waiting to be directed.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity on a program that will evolve over multiple years.
- Experience in a SaaS, software, or technology business model transformation.
