We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented patternmaker to join our design, pre-production and production team. This role is responsible for translating the designer’s inspiration into accurate patterns that ensure excellent fit, consistency, and manufacturability. 

The ideal candidate has a strong technical background in garment construction, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. A successful candidate will have denim patternmaking experience and a thorough understanding of fit, construction, shrinkage, grading, and production processes.

+ role overview and duties

  • Work on pattern corrections from Proto through TOP stage (Development through Production)

  • Draft development pattern based on sketch, specs, and block given

  • Attend weekly virtual fittings for designated products

  • Work directly with Design, Product Development and Technical Design teams to understand desired fit & pattern corrections, including phone calls and emails when needed.

  • Make pattern revisions according to fit comments and adjusted specs

  • Provide updated cutters must and screen shots of pattern via email after corrections

  • Maintain accurate pattern files and documentation
