As a Security Officer Mobile Patrol Driver in Pleasant Prairie, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Security Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, help to deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. This driving position involves routine patrols, access control, and clear communication while delivering exceptional customer service. Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $19.50 / Hour

Candidates MUST have a valid driver's license with at least one year of driving history

Minimum 1 plus years of Security experience Or prior Law Enforcement or Military experience required

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and employees at a commercial real estate location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as needed.
• Monitor access activity and assist with visitor, contractor, and delivery procedures in accordance with site requirements.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and other security-related activities accurately and promptly in required reports.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortably using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
