Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in collaborative communication with physicians and other healthcare team members to discuss treatment strategies and enhance patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Nurse Practitioner with Wellness Partner Healthcare Services, you will care for a diverse patient population, ranging from pediatric to geriatric individuals with varying medical conditions. Your role will involve addressing both acute and chronic health issues, enhancing overall health and quality of life for our patients through patient-centered care.

Qualifications
  • A Bachelorโ€™s Degree in Nursing is required; preference will be given to candidates with a Master of Science in Nursing, Doctor of Nursing Practice, or advanced Nurse Practitioner Certificate.
  • Must have current national certification through either the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) or the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).
  • An active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state of New York.
  • U.S. Work Authorization is a requirement.
  • Ability to adapt to flexible work schedules, including potential weekend or holiday shifts as needed.
Preferred Experience
  • Healthcare experience in hospital settings or acute care environments is highly desirable.
  • Experience in developing care management plans and patient education.
  • Proficient in utilizing Electronic Health Records (EHR) for documentation and care coordination.
  • Demonstrable ability in assessing patient needs and priorities effectively.
Compensation and Benefits

This full-time Nurse Practitioner position offers a competitive salary ranging from $150,000 to $160,000 per year, commensurate with experience and applicable caseload.
