Position Title: Caregiver / Personal Care Aide

Reports To: Care Manager / Office Supervisor Employment Type: PartTime or FullTime

Overview

The Caregiver provides compassionate, reliable inhome support to seniors and adults who need assistance with daily living. This role focuses on promoting safety, independence, and quality of life while following individualized care plans and agency standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, and hygiene support.

  • Assist with mobility, transfers, ambulation, and fallprevention techniques.

  • Perform light housekeeping such as laundry, dishes, tidying, and maintaining a safe environment.

  • Prepare meals according to client preferences and dietary needs.

  • Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support.

  • Support medication reminders (nonclinical).

  • Provide transportation or errands as assigned (if approved).

  • Document care activities and report changes in condition promptly.

  • Follow all PASA, safety, and agency compliance requirements.
