What You Will Do:

Provide excellent service to customers and patients by processing orders, arranging services, and offering responsive support. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely scheduling and follow-up, and provide equipment education and support as needed.

Accurately complete patient data entry and file management within 48 hours of service

Answer incoming calls promptly and handle financial arrangements and patient payments as appropriate

Schedule services efficiently to meet patient needs and generate service tickets within expected timeframes

Resolve customer concerns and schedule follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and continuity of care

Assist showroom visitors with professionalism and maintain a neat, welcoming space

Provide product education and assist with Medicare qualification information

Train patients on proper equipment use and document education provided

Communicate effectively with the customer service manager and support store operations

Attend required in-services and complete assigned projects accurately and on time

Perform all other duties as assigned
