Job Summary
Our client is seeking a diligent Patient Service Representative responsible for engaging with patients for check-in and check-out processes, verifying patient demographics and insurance information, and managing related administrative tasks in a healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities
  • Greet patients and manage check-in and check-out procedures
  • Utilize EPIC to verify patient demographics and insurance information
  • Answer inbound calls
  • Manage prior authorizations

Qualifications
  • At least 1+ year of healthcare experience
  • Working knowledge of check-in and registration procedures
  • Experience with cash handling and end of day balancing procedures
  • Prior experience as a medical front desk personnel preferred
  • Experience with EPIC or any EMR systems preferred
  • Experience in internal medicine or pediatrics preferred
