Job Description:
The Patient Relations Manager's purpose is to ensure the safe admission of patients onto Americare services. The Patient Relation's Manager acts as a liaison between the patient, facility and Americare.
Position Qualifications:
1. HS Diploma or GED
2. Prior experience in the health care field
3. Ability to communicate effectively, establish and maintain relationships
4. Excellent communication and customer service skills
5. Must possess and portray a professional image
