Join Be Well, an RN-led home healthcare agency dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care. We believe that exceptional patient outcomes start with empowering the professionals who provide daily, hands-on care.

The Role

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Patient Care Technicians (PCAs) to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing direct, daily assistance to our patients in the comfort of their own homes. You will work closely with our nursing leadership to ensure every patient's comfort, safety, and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily Care: Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
  • Mobility Support: Safely assist with patient transfers, ambulation, and light exercises as outlined in their care plan.
  • Health Monitoring: Check and record vital signs; promptly observe and report any changes in a patient's physical or mental condition to the supervising RN.
  • Nutrition: Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding, ensuring adherence to specific dietary guidelines.
  • Environment: Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment for the patient.
  • Companionship: Build trust and provide vital emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.

Qualifications

  • Valid and current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Patient Care Technician (PCA) certification.
  • Current CPR/BLS certification.
  • Current TB or ability to obtain
  • Previous experience in home healthcare, assisted living, or a related clinical setting is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A high degree of empathy, patience, and reliability.
  • Reliable transportation to reach patients.
