This position demonstrates exemplary teamwork, service and overall knowledge of Intake records collection following BHSF guidelines. The candidate must be an expert in utilization of Medical records collection tools as stipulated by department's policies and workflows. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining knowledge and deployment of practices used within the department as well as throughout BHSF to address staff and patient's questions and concerns. The Intake Coordinator 1 will work in collaboration with other LCI personnel in order to facilitate a smooth Intake records collection and coordination of care for patients scheduled with LCI physicians. Estimated pay range for this position is $18.32 - $24.69 / hour depending on experience.
Qualifications:

  • Strong technical skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, HER, EMR,) Knowledge/experience in Cerner, Ambra, Vilocity, etc.

  • Required: knowledge of Health Care Regulatory guidelines to include but not limited to HIPAA, AHCA, etc.
