Job Overview:
Lead with purpose and make a lasting impact on patients, staff, and your team. We're looking for a collaborative Registered Nurse Team Leader to oversee daily operations while supporting exceptional patient care in our Medical Unit.
What You'll Do:
  • Lead and support nursing staff in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
  • Coordinate patient care, supervise clinical activities, and promote evidence-based practice.
  • Mentor, educate, and engage staff while fostering a positive team culture.
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, scheduling, workforce management, and staff development.
